Tududi Hosting

Open your pod and use the email and password configured during setup. Upstream uses TUDUDI_USER_EMAIL and TUDUDI_USER_PASSWORD to provision an initial account; its normal self-hosted mode gives the first created user ownership and admin rights. Do not assume that visiting a registration page will create the right account: registration and email verification have their own settings. Once signed in, create a task and a project using the first-steps guide, then review access before inviting others.

No. PikaPods sets up and runs Tududi for you, including OS and app updates and HTTPS. You won't touch Docker or a server. Your files and database stay accessible if you ever want to move them elsewhere.

Use the responsive website on your phone, tablet or computer, or install its progressive web app from a compatible browser. The hosted release documents cached reading while offline and queued changes that sync when the connection returns. This is a browser app, not a promise that every native task client works with the pod; the release README describes the supported app features.

These are optional connections, not accounts or services bundled with hosting. Telegram capture needs your own Telegram bot and bot token. CalDAV supports task-client access and optional synchronization with an external CalDAV server; remote synchronization needs that server’s credentials and appropriate encryption-key configuration. Personal API tokens can connect your own automations. See the release-specific CalDAV guide before choosing a client or sync setup.

Email invitations, verification and password-reset messages need a working mail service. PikaPods does not provide email sending, and third-party services or client apps may have their own charges. No Home Assistant integration or other community add-on is assumed installed or working on your pod.

Set up incremental backups to S3 in your pod settings for automatic nightly snapshots, or download your files and database yourself. We keep whole-server backups for server failures, but they aren't a per-pod restore service, so your own backup is what protects your data.

You can use Tududi instead of Todoist and TickTick. PikaPods runs it for you, and you can move your files and database elsewhere.

Both organize tasks with projects, recurring dates and shared work. Todoist offers polished native apps and a wide range of integrations. Tududi adds areas of life and notes alongside tasks, in a smaller app on your pod. Check its phone and offline support first if you mostly work on the move.

No. You add prepaid credit and your pods are billed by the hour from that balance, rounded up to full hours. There are no contracts or minimum terms: delete a pod anytime and billing stops. Optional automatic top-ups keep your pods running without manual payments.

You do. And you're in full control. If you ever want to download, migrate, edit or delete your data, just enable file and database access for your pod and it will be right there.
