Open your pod URL and sign in with the initial account configured for the pod. Upstream configures this through TRAGGO_DEFAULT_USER_NAME and TRAGGO_DEFAULT_USER_PASS; check your pod configuration rather than assuming a public default. After signing in, change the initial password and create a time span with a tag such as project:personal. See the configuration reference.

No. PikaPods sets up and runs Traggo for you, including OS and app updates and HTTPS. You won't touch Docker or a server. Your files and database stay accessible if you ever want to move them elsewhere.

Use the web interface at your pod URL. The project’s mobile-app discussion still treats native mobile clients as a feature request. A community Android wrapper runs a separate local server on the phone and does not sync with your hosted pod, so it is not a substitute for connecting to this instance. Signed-in browser sessions appear as devices that you can manage in your account; see the terminology guide.

Core tracking does not require an external service account. Each user owns their time spans, tags and dashboards; the administrator can manage users but cannot browse their tracking data through the normal app. This is not a shared team timesheet dashboard. Server operators with database access can still read the records, so this is not end-to-end encryption.

Set up incremental backups to S3 in your pod settings for automatic nightly snapshots, or download your files and database yourself. We keep whole-server backups for server failures, but they aren't a per-pod restore service, so your own backup is what protects your data.

You can use Traggo instead of Toggl Track and Clockify. PikaPods runs it for you, and you can move your files and database elsewhere.

Toggl Track is a hosted time tracker with projects, team reporting and billing features. Traggo has no tasks or projects at all, just tagged time spans and dashboards you build. It's a good fit for personal analysis, but if you need invoices or team management, keep a dedicated tool.

No. You add prepaid credit and your pods are billed by the hour from that balance, rounded up to full hours. There are no contracts or minimum terms: delete a pod anytime and billing stops. Optional automatic top-ups keep your pods running without manual payments.

You do. And you're in full control. If you ever want to download, migrate, edit or delete your data, just enable file and database access for your pod and it will be right there.
