1. Open your pod URL and go to Settings > Enable Authentication, following PikaPods' setup instruction.
2. Create the initial administrator account when prompted, then sign in.
3. Add your first vehicle and start with its current odometer reading, recent service records or fuel purchases.

No. PikaPods sets up and runs LubeLogger for you, including OS and app updates and HTTPS. You won't touch Docker or a server. Your files and database stay accessible if you ever want to move them elsewhere.

Yes. Add collaborators to a vehicle rather than sharing your login. New users need a single-use invitation token, which you can pass on yourself or send automatically through your own SMTP provider; email service is optional and any provider charges are separate. Yes. Open your pod URL in a mobile browser to add fuel or service records while you are away from your computer. LubeLogger is a web app; no separate paid client is required.

Set up incremental backups to S3 in your pod settings for automatic nightly snapshots, or download your files and database yourself. We keep whole-server backups for server failures, but they aren't a per-pod restore service, so your own backup is what protects your data.

You can use LubeLogger instead of Drivvo, Fuelio and AUTOsist. PikaPods runs it for you, and you can move your files and database elsewhere.

Both log fuel, service and costs. Drivvo is a hosted expense tracker with phone apps and fleet plans. LubeLogger runs in your browser from your pod, keeps attachments and collaborators with each vehicle's history, and imports and exports its records, which helps you move data between tools.

No. You add prepaid credit and your pods are billed by the hour from that balance, rounded up to full hours. There are no contracts or minimum terms: delete a pod anytime and billing stops. Optional automatic top-ups keep your pods running without manual payments.

You do. And you're in full control. If you ever want to download, migrate, edit or delete your data, just enable file and database access for your pod and it will be right there.
