Customers use the public booking page in a web browser to choose a service, provider and time and supply their booking details. Providers use the administration interface to manage appointments. A separate installed client is not needed for the browser booking workflow.

Configure an email delivery service for appointment notifications; the provider may charge separately. Optional calendar integrations require the relevant external account and authorization.
