Managed openGym, ready in under a minute.
openGym is an open source workout and body-weight tracker for people who want to plan their training and keep a history of what they actually lift. Build routines from an exercise library, organize a weekly schedule or rotating plan, and record sets, repetitions and weights during a guided session on your phone or in the gym.
Review your exercise history, personal records and body-weight trends as you train. Profiles sync between your devices, while the installable web app and connected phone apps let you keep logging offline and send changes when you reconnect. You can also import workout history from supported trackers rather than start again. PikaPods marks it experimental, and signup stays open until you restrict it, so do that soon after your first profile.
It is an alternative to Hevy and Strong.
What you can do with openGym
Take a planned routine into the gym, log each set as you go, and use your training history to choose the next session’s weights.
Flexible routines
Plan workouts by weekday or use a rotating sequence. Build routines from the exercise library or add your own exercises.
Guided workouts
Record sets, reps and weights with a rest timer and your previous workout as a starting point. Track personal records as you train.
Training progress
Review exercise history, estimated one-rep maximums and a body-weight chart. Progression rules can adjust targets from your logged results.
Offline logging
Keep training with the last synced copy when your connection drops. Changes sync back to your profile when you reconnect.
